Description

Build the most delicious ice cream cake with your favourite choices. Everyone will be fighting for the last slice!

Additional Notes:
~ 5" cake is recommended for 4-6 pax

~ 8" cake is recommended for 8-12 pax

~ We will not be able to pipe any words on the cake. Any message for recipient will be written on the small gift tag. Please limit to 25 words.

~ We will be able to provide a Happy Birthday Topper and up to 2 large candles per cake. Please let us know in the remarks section of your order form if you'll need these. Additional candles cost $0.10 each.

~ As the top of the cake will be covered with the selected toppings, and it's difficult to poke too many candles into the frozen cake, we don't recommend more than 2 candles.

~ Please keep cake stored in freezer. Move to chiller 20 min before cake-cutting to allow cake to thaw slightly. You will require a sturdy metal knife (ideally heated, or you'll need some strength!) to cut through the cake. We will not be providing a knife.

Great ice cream, thin cake

I ordered the Kopi Gao ice cream cake for my husband's birthday, and it was a hit with the family. Nice coffee aroma, not too sweet (we don't have a sweet tooth) and a tiny bit of bitterness made it taste just like kopi gao siew dai! The ice cream cake was perfect for this hot weather.

However, we all agreed that the cake layer was too thin. I understand that the ice cream is the main highlight but I’ll go for a biscuit base next time. I skipped the usual crumbles or nuts since those aren't my family's favorites, and paired it with fruits, but the frozen berries were too sour and left untouched. I should’ve used ice cream cones and chocolate bits or shavings for decoration instead.

In the end, we mainly enjoyed the ice cream without the extremely sour fruits and barely-there cake base.
