1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver only within Singapore.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from the date of order.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability will incur additional re-delivery charge of SGD 8.00.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is received, we will send you a notification via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided to monitor the delivery status.
5. Address Changes
To request a change in delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Changes cannot be made once the order is out for delivery.

While we strive to ensure a timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen traffic conditions, or courier-related issues.

7. Receiving Your Order
Due to the perishable nature of our products, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the ice creams.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
Kindly inspect your order upon receipt.
If any items are missing or damaged, please inform us within 2 calendar days with your order number and photos at orders@thedailyscoop.com.sg
