Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver only within Singapore.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from the date of order.

  • Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability will incur additional re-delivery charge of SGD 8.00. 

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order is received, we will send you a notification via email or WhatsApp.

  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided to monitor the delivery status.

5. Address Changes

  • To request a change in delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Changes cannot be made once the order is out for delivery.

6. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to ensure a timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, unforeseen traffic conditions, or courier-related issues.

  • We seek your understanding in such situations and we will keep you updated.

7. Receiving Your Order

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the ice creams.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability will incur additional re-delivery charge of SGD 8.00. 

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Kindly inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If any items are missing or damaged, please inform us within 2 calendar days with your order number and photos at orders@thedailyscoop.com.sg
